About the Author Megan Blaising was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She holds a Bachelor's in Social Work from Indiana University and a Master's in Applied Sociology from the University of Indianapolis. She has dedicated her life to fostering visibility to disenfranchised and neglected communities and advocating for quality educational opportunities for all.
